Shooting the curl - whole room experience

Bedroom for 10yr old boy in Cornwall, using a photo of him as the surfer:  this looks like a big job, but its literally copying a photo across 3 walls of room, which requires standing back often to get the right appearance around corners and sloping roof.  Three or four tones of the same blue were intermixed with scumble glaze to apply in layers (dark over light) with brush and sponge, which builds up the depth of water, and where light shines through it.
